More about the Linssen 40 SE
Now € 12,500 in price reduced. This year a beautiful navigation system has been built to the value of € 4500. The boat has also been given a new antifoulling layer. The teak deck is made around the entire ship and also on the aft deck and is in very good condition. The free board / side of the ship gleams wonderfully in the sun and gives the ship a very luxurious look. The enormous spacious aft deck is a terrace on the water with the fine steering position outside with good seat for the helmsman. The gangways are safe and have security handles on the roof of the salon and lower we have around the ship a very luxurious railing of high quality stainless steel so extra firm and thick and without welds. The ship has the large panorama windows of aluminum, these are unobtrusive white on the outside and inside without water damage. With a spacious entrance and good staircase with lovely but also luxuriously designed handrail you reach a large salon with lots of daylight with a long sofa in L shape made of thick navy proof upholstery and adjustable coffee table cozy at the inside steering position. This inside steering position takes up incredibly little space because the kitchen is built right below. So next to the salon the kitchen is made in L shape. Many spacious and beautifully finished cabinets are incorporated in this kitchen and there are many other useful storage options. The floor hatches provide a lot of storage space for all kinds of things that make a long journey possible. In the fresh white worktop, the stove and the sink are painted in modern flaming beige. With the beautiful switch buttons and clear sockets and the refrigerator that is made in high-gloss black, the whole gets a very luxurious atmosphere. Opposite the kitchen is the kitchenette which is slightly raised so that unnoticed to get wider banks and thus create a wider seating. The ship has a toilet room with sink and washbasin both in the front and in the back. A separate shower with lockable door has also been created at the owner's cabin. All wet areas have a fresh white tiled sloping floor. The owner's cabin has a double single bed with plenty of natural light and lots of cupboards and also a wardrobe. The front cabin offers space for 2 large beds in a V shape. Here too, daylight and sufficient ventilation through the middle of glass roof hatches. De Linssen are known for their fantastic sailing characteristics and belong to the highest quality segment in the Netherlands. Linssen Yachts BV is a family business with a rich tradition. On April 1, 1949, Jac. Linssen (89) started the company as a modest carpentry and ship repair company. Over the years the company has developed steadily and became an important player in Dutch steel yacht building. Developed in the SE 40 in 1991, a model range that was built with great success until 2005. Linssen Yachts commissioned Shipbuilding Board W. de Vries Lentsch to design this beautiful motor yacht.
