The Koopmans 36 that we offer on behalf of the current 2nd owner is a seaworthy and excellent sailing yacht. The boat was built in 1984 by the 1st owner and for him this was certainly not the first yacht-building project. After all these years, the boat is still in good condition. She was always stored indoors in winter and the wood is still dry (see picture of detail). In 2015 the teak deck is completely renewed. The design is typically Koopmans with a flush deck and small superstructure. The cockpit is spacious enough for a crew of 6 people. In the rear is a large storage room for fenders and big items such as folding bikes. The interiour layout is as follows; 2-sofa salon with backrest in sledges that can be made into sea-beds; navigation corner and kitchen are next to the entrance. In the front is a 2-person cabin and a toilet with a large storage opposite. There are 2 quarter berths in the aft. The engine can be reached for service all around.
