The Piewiet 1000 is a Dutch build by the yard Van den Rest in Kats, Zeeland (NL). This yacht is from first private owner and has always had the maintenance required. Striking is the amount of space and the boat seems larger than other 10 meter yachts. The cockpit is spacious and easily offers sufficient space for the crew. Also striking is the way the teak deck is originally fitted with blind rivets. The deck is leak-free and has no loose parts.
The salon with U- shape and long sofa has a table in the middle. Portside is the galley and aft a closable double cabin. Starboard is the navigation area and aft head with locker for foul weather gear. In the bow is a double cabin.
