The Malö 47 is a yacht of high quality and built as a true offshore yacht for the discerning sailor. She is an ideal comfortable blue water cruiser. She is ideal for serious, long- distance cruising and long stay on board. The center cockpit is deep, clear and the crew is well protected here. The so-called targa arch is multifunctional and is used for the mainsheet traveler and keeps loose lines out of the way and heads so the crew is out of the danger zone. The arch also serves as the ideal support for handles, the dodger / cockpit cover and light fixtures. The teak deck still looks great and the deck layout is well thought out. Cleats, stanchions and other fittings - they are all bolted to metal backing plates that are firmly laminated to the hull and deck. The interior is just as beautiful as the outside of the boat.
