Performance cruiser (typical IOR 80´s half tonner) in excellent state of maintainance. Ideal for family or individual coastal cruising. A lot of space inside. WC and kitchen are eliminated (can be easily restored using existing space and connections). Extensive refit in 2010: new rig, anti-Osmosis treatment, new windows, etc…. (independant survey of 2010 available). Very reliable Yanmar YS8 engine (8Hp). Buy this boat in the med together with 10M mooring in Marina Aguadulce (Costa Almería) for only 5.000€ more.

Velero tipo crucero/regata en estado impecable. Mantenimiento excelente. Un barco ideal para uso familiar o individual. Con mucho espacio dentro porque se quitó el WC (se puede volver a poner sin ningún problema) y la cocina. El actual propietario encargó un extenso refit en 2010: jarcia nueva, tratamiento anti-osmosis, ventanas nuevas, etc… (survey de 2010 disponible para interesados).
