The Grand Soleil 45 that we offer you was designed by Judel & Vrolijk and built by Cantiere del Pardo. This Italian shipyard has been building good sailing quality yachts for over 40 years and the brand is a household name, especially in the Mediterranean area. The result is a fast and easy to manage 45-footer with great seagoing sailing characteristics, partly due to the 2,30 meter deep lead keel, combined with a lot of luxury. The deck and gangways are spacious and the teak is in good condition. From the cockpit, the boat is easy to operate by the skipper and crew. All fittings, including electric winches and navigation equipment, are well placed and of good quality. The sail wardrobe consists of no less than 6 sails, including 2 spinnakers and a gennaker as good as new. Of course, an electric anchor winch is not missing. 

Below deck you enter a warm and cozy salon, the interior is of beautiful quality. The finish with varnished wood in combination with the blue upholstery gives the whole a chic look. On the port side is the galley and the navigation corner is placed on the starboard side. In the 3 cabins there is sleeping space for 6 people. The owner's cabin in the bow has an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet. On the starboard side at the entrance is a second wet cell, also with toilet and shower. There is plenty of cupboard and storage space throughout the boat. In short, this Grand Soleil 45 J&V is a nice spacious and sporty sailing yacht with a lot of comfort, ideal for a nice holiday or just a nice day on the water with the whole family.
