History
Elan was founded in 1949 and started building Kayaks. A few years later the first boats were built. Over the years, the company has grown and produces not only boats but also skis. In the 80’s and 90’s the sailboats were designed by J&J Design studio. From 1995 it became Rob Humphreys.

Range
Elan is building a range of sportier sailing ships. The boats will be released under the GT-series, E-series and S-series. Elan motor yachts are also being built, although their future is not yet certain.

Dutch dealer
New Elan ships are imported into the Netherlands by Blue Yachting.
