This Molenkruiser 14.30 AK, from the Dutch shipyard Klaas Mulder Jachtbouw from Zaandam, is a motor yacht that is equipped with a self-built warm wooden interior. Over the years, much has been renewed and modernized on this ship, making it extremely suitable for a longer stay and even living on board. In 2020, the entire ship was repainted and, among other things, fitted with a new Kabola heating system.

On board this Molenkruiser 14.30 AK you have a good view of the ship and the waterway from the outside steering position. Sufficiently wide gangways ensure that you can move comfortably and safely over the ship. The aft deck is very spacious and offers space for a large table and chairs. Via an easily accessible staircase you enter the salon where a lot of daylight enters thanks to large windows. This is equipped with a beautiful wooden floor and plenty of cupboard space. Loose seating furniture and an electric fireplace give this motor yacht a warm, homely atmosphere. Slightly lower, in the forepeak, you will find a fully equipped galley with a lot of work and storage space. Opposite this is a comfortable corner sofa, which can easily be converted into a guest sleeping place for two people. In the aft ship there is a modernized toilet and a spacious owner's cabin. A large freestanding 2-person box spring bed, of which the mattress has recently been renewed, guarantees wonderful sleeping comfort on board. In the open bathroom you have a spacious shower cabin.
