Very well maintained and fully equipped ACM Elite 31, ready to sail for a new owner. This ACM Elite 31 is the CE category B version which makes her suitable for larger waters. Together with the 230hp Yanmar engine, longer journeys are no problem. There are even external spud poles present which can easily be mounted on the outside of the hull so that you can, for example, run aground.
The ACM Elite 31 is a compact but very practical ship. For example, she has an open cockpit from where you can comfortably enjoy the surroundings. Inside the ship, it is noticeable that the shipyard has dealt with the available space very cleverly and has implemented a number of practical details. Upon entering, you will find a complete galley on the starboard side, which is equipped with hot and cold running water, a stove, refrigerator and the necessary work and storage space.
On the port side is a comfortable round seat with a table in the middle. If you encounter less pleasant weather, you can sit down here. Thanks to the cleverly placed bench and the large windows all around, you also have a nice view of the surroundings from here. At the bench you will find another clever detail and that is that the front part can easily be turned around so that a seat is created that looks forward. This gives the "passenger" the same view as the driver, nice!
Further forward in the ship we reach the forecastle by means of a few steps. Here too it is surprising how efficiently the available space is used. On the port side is the entrance to the guest cabin which is equipped with a double bed. On the starboard side is the wet cell with toilet and shower facilities. Right in the forepeak is the owner's cabin. Here too with a double bed and the necessary storage space.
