Very neat and well maintained Compact 800 offered for an interesting price. The Compact 800 is robustly built with a well thought-out layout. It is amazing how the shipyard has managed to use the available space, the ship seems bigger than it actually is. In addition, the Compact 800 has been given a sturdy design with a nice spacious open cockpit. The gangways are easy to walk on and the sturdy railing provides good support for a safe walk around the deck. In the floor of the open cockpit is a large hatch with a spacious storage space. You also have good access to the engine from there. A nice detail is that the ship can also be steered from the cockpit including the engine control and the control of the bow thruster. So on a nice day you can enjoy the sun outside.   

Through a hinged door you get access from the cockpit to the saloon. Here the necessary storage space has been created on the port side as well as the inside steering for when the nice weather lets you down. On the starboard side there is a spacious and very comfortable sofa with a table in the middle which can also serve as an extra sleeping place. Further forward in the ship there is a compact but practical galley on the starboard side and in the forepeak there is the beautifully finished toilet room. In addition to the toilet room there is a double bed on the port side. 

This Compact 800 is a sturdy and comfortable ship in excellent condition with handy dimensions. An ideal ship for a nice day on the water but longer holidays are certainly also recommended thanks to the available comfort. She is well maintained and ready to sail for a new owner.
