On behalf of the 3rd owner we offer you this former police patrol vessel. After an extensive refit in 2007, the boat was made suitable for permanent residence. This was done expertly by, among others, shipwrights from a renowned shipyard. The total living area is 60 m2. Above deck is a very spacious living room with a view all around and a steering position fore. You enter via the aft deck. The many windows let in a lot of light so that you can always enjoy the view. You go down via the fixed staircase. Here is a Poggenpohl kitchen with all the modern equipment you could wish for. In the foreship is an owner's cabin with toilet. To port is a guest cabin with two beds. To starboard midships is a toilet and bathroom.
The boat is easy to sail because the propulsion is done by two schotteldrives. This makes even a bow thruster unnecessary. The decks are very spacious and there is a solid sea rail. Through a hatch in the aft ship you enter the engine room. Here are two MTU 12 cylinder diesels that drive the schottels via a cardan shaft. There is also a generator engine that can provide sufficient power, and the rest of the technical installation such as the Kabola CV/hot water supply. Behind the engine room is a separate workshop with spare parts and maintenance items.
Are you considering living on the water but also want to be able to sail, then this ship is certainly suitable.
