The Colin Archer 12.60 that we offer you is in good condition. The boat was designed and built by Bronsveen in Harlingen (now part SRF in Harlingen NL). The construction started in July 1994 and the boat was delivered ready to sail in 1997. The hull was built with round joggled steel, double welded. The boat is insulated for both heat and sound with cellulose flakes/wool.

Rigging and fittings are all of heavy quality and the boat can easily be sailed by a small crew. The masts and spars are all of good quality Oregon pine.

The interior is nicely finished with solid mahogany. There is a pleasant cozy and nautical atmosphere over the entire ship. In the deck salon with helm you have a good round view of the boat and surroundings. A few steps down you enter the salon with galley which is equipped with a solid Force-10 stove, sink and cooling. There are two double cabins; the owner's cabin in the bow with a double bed, and a guest cabin in the stern with two single beds. Of course there is a spacious bathroom with electric toilet and shower.

The engine room is in the stern, and accessible through a door in the wheelhouse, and a hatch in the cockpit. The propulsion comes from the Ford New Holland engine; a quiet and very reliable power source. The technical installation further consists of, among other things, a Kabola heating and hot water supply.
