More about the Contest 38 Ketch

The Contest 38 Ketch built by Conyplex in Medemblik is a very seaworthy yacht. The boat we offer you is in very good condition and fully equipped. The boat is ketch rigged, which has the great advantage of being able to reef in smaller steps and to handle fewer large pieces of cloth. The sails are in good condition and are maintained annually by a sailmaker. In the cockpit you will find good shelter behind the fixed windows. The interior is beautifully finished with mahogany. The boat is also very nice inside, clearly handled with love. Upon entry, the galley is on the left, with hot water from the Isotherm boiler. To the right is the navigation table with the necessary equipment. Amidships is the salon with benches around, and a large folding table in the middle. The blue ribbed cushions are of good quality. Both in the bow and in the aft cabin are double beds. In front of the main bulkhead are the toilet on the left, and large storage cupboards on the right. The engine is under the cockpit and very easily accessible. The Contest 38 Ketch is a suitable yacht for long stays on board and distant sea trips. The boat that we offer you is ready to sail away. This boat is brokered through the White Whale Yachtbrokers Enkhuizen office. If you are interested please contact us at [email protected] or +31 (0) 228 855 380 for more information or to make an appointment for viewing on board.
