More about the Fellowship 33

Originally Fellowship sailboats were built by Jachtwerf Gebr. De Kloet in Kortenhoef. This family business is currently building other ships, but is mainly known for the construction of Fellowship's sailing yachts. If you are looking for depth, space and comfort, choose a Fellowship. A lot of space and freedom of movement on a ship of this length. From now on, the value is fixed. Cosy interior with a high level of finishing and the red upholstery now has something classic but also feels cozy right away. The large windows made of safety glass, which, unlike plastic windows, keep a good view over the years, create a light interior, so that you don't get a locked-in feeling below deck. These ships are very stable in the water and this model behaves even on rough water not nervous. This is also due to the beautiful ballast distribution. Furthermore, I always pay attention to damage so with this ship no damage at all on the freeboard and nothing on the superstructure but certainly inside no water damage. The gelcoat shines so polishing still gives the high gloss.

Tough racing boat with comfort is in my opinion the best remark which fits this boat. What struck me is that you can sail this ship on your own. By means of the long keel the ship stays calmly on course and you can let go of the rudder and walk forward for a while. Also I didn't see a lap in the cockpit and that's always great because going to the forestay doesn't bother you with a lap that gets in the way. I also think this is one of the few sailing ships with a fixed sea rail on the aft deck and a high pulpit on the foredeck.

Furthermore, the ship has been perfectly maintained for all years and goes on dry land every year. A seaworthy equipment and together with a complete navigation set this heavy built boat is ready for the big adventure. Would you give me a call for a boat tour?
