Aquatella 49 for sale

Suppose you want to make a long sea voyage, not too far away and with a very well-equipped ship. You go to shipyards to find out what it costs to have a new ship built, and when it will be ready. You probably realize that it will not happen in the coming years. Then there is now an opportunity to experience that. This Aquatella 49 is ready to sail away. The current owner had her built, and since then has kept the ship in 'as good as new condition' with much love and money. Everything is really still in top condition and all adjustments that are necessary for a longer period at sea have been made. For example, a new mast, boom, rigging and sails were purchased last year. Almost all winches are electric, also all sails, including the headsails are electrically operated. Navigationally everything is up-to-date. 

Although it is a steel ship, you will not find any rust below deck; meticulous maintenance is carried out annually in the winter storage (indoors).

You step onto a very stable ship with a safe middle cockpit, through the spacious hatch you enter a light and spacious lounge with the pantry to starboard and the navigation corner to port. via a small corridor along the navigation corner you enter the master cabin with its own wet cell. in this wet cell is a shower with, also for taller people, sufficient standing height. 

Back in the saloon there is a nice and spacious round seat with 2 separate seats on the starboard side. From the saloon forward is on the port side a double cabin (bunk bed, and not pictured; it is now storage) on the starboard side a second spacious wet cell with shower. this shower is disconnected and here is the washing machine. Right in the front is the double, spacious and light guest cabin.

Under the centre cockpit is a reliable Yanmar diesel engine with sufficient power, the generator is also located here, making gas on board unnecessary.
