She is built with the beautiful, classic interior design of three cabins and two heads. The design of this boat truly is on par with modern sail boats when considering comfort and sailing capabilities making this X-412 ahead of its time with both its design and performance. She points high up wind and is easy to trim. The built quality of the X-412 is superior to modern built boats. 

The maintenance done on the boat is truly incredible. She has gone through extensive upgrades and renewals over the years. To mention a few:

• brand new Yanmar common rail engine (40Hp) in 2018, now still only c. 450 hours
• extensive auxiliary fuel filtration system (2018) which prevents algae in the fuel and the engine to clog up
