A distinctive appearance and very good sailing characteristics characterize this popular design. The beautiful dark blue hull with the superstructure in broken white is completely of this era. Like every Drammer, the 820 Cabrio is also 100% Dutch quality and fully hand-built. The result is a high-quality yacht that, despite its compact dimensions, is still a fully-fledged vessel with, for example, a headroom of 1.90 inside. The 820 Cabrio offers much more comfort than an average launch with cabin. The cockpit is truly enormous and, due to the recessed engine, completely flat, making it much more spacious and practical than boats of the same length. Thanks to the high foredeck, the saloon is a genuinely fully-fledged cabin with 1.90 m headroom at the galley. This boat is equipped with a great deal of comfort and living amenities. A brief overview: bow thruster, lockable (!) sprayhood, teak on the cockpit benches and floor hatch, stainless steel railing, cable ring all around, battery charger and shore power connection, epoxy treatment of the hull below the waterline, refrigerator with freezer compartment, boiler, swimming platform with ladder, etc. Sailing with this Drammer is a wonderful experience. The Vetus diesel engine of 28 hp is the most suitable power source for this boat. A cruising speed of 11 km/h is pleasantly quiet and very economical. Thanks to the bow thruster, maneuvering in the harbor is very easy. The lockable sprayhood also makes sailing in bad weather comfortable. A nice and complete boat, very well maintained and ready for the new owner right away. Thanks to the hull below the waterline being treated with many layers of epoxy, you also don't need to worry about osmosis in the long term.
