The Lubbe Voss one-off we offer you was built at Voss-Werft & Stahlbau, Ihlow, Germany. It is a seaworthy, ketch-rigged, steel sailing yacht with a center cockpit. Thanks to the electrically retractable keel, a minimum draft of 1.10 meters is possible, which also makes the boat very suitable for shallow waters. Behind the fixed sprayhood with fixed windows, one finds shelter and has a good overview of the boat and surroundings. The sail wardrobe consists of 5 sails; the mainsail and genoa are still usable in light weather but will need to be replaced in the future. The remaining sails are still in good condition. Both Mercedes diesel engines (65 hp) provide sufficient power to also achieve a good speed under engine.
The boat is very comfortable, and particularly suitable for longer stays on board. The saloon is spacious and, with a U-shaped bench, offers sufficient seating for the entire crew. When it is cold, the saloon can be brought to a pleasant temperature with the Eberspacher hot air heater. Upon entering, on the port side is the galley with a stove and 2 refrigerators. At the front and back of the boat there is a 2-person cabin, both also featuring a toilet and shower area.
The vessel has always been well maintained, so the overall condition can be described as fair to good given its age. This boat is brokered through office White Whale Yachtbrokers Enkhuizen.
