We surely offer you one of the best maintained and upgraded X-412s on the market. This X-Yachts model is a legendary performance cruiser-racer. A beautifully shaped boat. Very suitable for dual-handed fast cruising and relaxed living on board, in marinas or anchoring in beautiful places, but also perfectly equipped and fitted for racing. She is built with the beautiful, classic interior design of three cabins and two heads. The design of this boat truly is on par with modern sail boats when considering comfort and sailing capabilities making this X-412 ahead of its time with both its design and performance. She points high up wind and is easy to trim. The built quality of the X-412 is superior to modern built boats. 

The maintenance done on the boat is truly incredible. She has gone through extensive upgrades and renewals over the years. To mention a few:

• brand new Yanmar common rail motor (40Hp) in 2018, now still only c. 450 hours
• extensive auxiliary fuel filtration system (2018) which prevents algae in the fuel and the motor to clog up
• new rod rigging in 2018
• new Axion 9+ Raymarine plotter and AIS transponder, Raymarine HD radar
• high performance and durable North Sails 3Di 760M main sail and jib in 2015 (also included a gennaker and spinnaker with boom)
• new sail drive in 2014 with a new folding Flexofold 17'' propellor
• hull painted in 2018
• solar panels and connections (incl 2 Victron MPPTs) incl a panel on the garage for winter charging
