The Grand Soleil 50 was designed by Judel & Vrolijk and built by the Italian yard Cantiere del Pardo, this yard has been building great sailing quality yachts for 40 years and the brand is well known especially in the Mediterranean region. The result is a fast 50-footer, manageable and great seagoing capabilities, combined with a lot of luxury. This Grand Soleil 50 was built in 2004 and launched in 2005. The deck and gangways are spacious, the teak is in good condition. The sail wardrobe consists of 4 sails, mainsail and jib were newly purchased in 2018. The 75 hp Yanmar diesel also provides speed under engine, and combined with the electric bow thruster, maneuvering in harbors is no problem.
Below deck you'll find a warm and cozy salon, the interior is of beautiful quality. The finishing with dark, lacquered wood combined with the white alcantara upholstery gives the whole a chic appearance without excess. The galley is on the port side and the navigation area is located on the starboard side. The 3 cabins provide sleeping accommodation for 6 people, and there is a wet cell with toilet and shower both forward and aft. The entire boat has plenty of cupboard and storage space. For anyone looking for an excellent sailing, well-maintained quality yacht, this Grand Soleil 50 is an absolute recommendation.
