Well maintained Dufour 40 (2005) Performance / Anniversary Version, now available in Melilla, Spain. One private owner, never chartered. Teak deck, standing/running rigging, sails, engine, upholstery, all in good condition. Electronics still doing fine with full Raymarine equipment. Extras: Spinnaker, CQR anchor, teak cockpit table, dinghy + outboard. All taxes paid in Spain, VAT tax exempt in Melilla.

The Dufour 40 is a highly successful model from the famous “Performance” range by Dufour France, designed by Umberto Felci. Excellent sailing performance and easy to handle by short handed crews. Spacious and comfortable inside with modern light woodwork (still like new), 3 double cabins and 2 bathrooms. Extra large convertible saloon table with possibility to add double bed.
