Aguadulce is a nice quiet town on the Costa de Almería, with spacious beaches and a sunny climate. Cabo de Gata is just 18 NM away, a spectacular natural park with astonishing bays and beaches. Almería capital is 10 minutes by car and the international airport is only 20 km away. LEGAL ASPECTS: 1) Payment of agreed selling price of a numbered mooring between private seller and buyer. 2) Signing of the lease-contract with the Marina between seller and buyer. Concession period ends in 2029. 3) You can moor your yacht until 2029. 4) You can only use your mooring for a yacht that is of your property. 5) Monthly fee about 70€ for 8M, 110€ for 10M and 150€ for 12M (this fee is yearly revised).
