Medemblik (NL) Regattacenter CN 04 € 27.500,-

General description: Medemblik (NL) Regattacenter CN 04

On behalf of the private owner, we are pleased to offer you berth CN-04 in Regattacenter Medemblik. Medemblik as a port city is very popular given its excellent facilities, location and accessibility. In and around our national Regattacenter you can actually find everything that makes a marina so attractive. Among other things, there are a restaurant, a watersports shop, a 20-ton crane and a yacht service company. Moreover, you can make use of the concept "1 berth in 4 harbors". In good consultation with the harbor masters, you can switch to one of the three other harbors, Amsterdam, Rotterdam or Stellendam Marina. The romantic village of Medemblik with its medieval castle is within walking distance. From the berth you sail directly onto the IJsselmeer without bridges or locks. The Wadden Sea is only 10 miles away by boat. The harbor is also easily accessible by road and via the A7, only 45 minutes from Amsterdam. If you are looking for your own permanent spot for your boat in a cozy, well-equipped marina, then this is a rare opportunity. The berth is registered in the Land Registry. The price excludes buyer's costs for transfer by a notary and transfer tax. For extensive information about the attractive possibilities and conditions, please contact us via Enkhuizen@wwy.nl or call +31(0)228 855 380. Your yacht broker is Robert de Vries.
