Baltic 37 Sold

The Baltic 37 that we offer on behalf of the third owner is in good condition. Baltic yachts are regarded as quality vessels with pleasant sailing characteristics. The lines are based on the IOR racing rules, with the characteristic wide midship section and slender stern. In 2016 the teak deck was completely renewed and, with proper maintenance, will last for many more years. The hull is painted grey-blue and looks great. There is a complete set of sails in usable condition. The Volvo Penta, installed in 2004, has had annual maintenance and has run without problems so far. The interior is solidly and seaworthily fitted out. Notably, there are two sea berths in the bilge of the ship. There are also two extra sleeping places on the benches. There are two-person cabins in both the bow and the stern. Upon entering, the navigation corner with the necessary equipment is on the port side. Further aft is the wet room with a quality toilet. On the starboard side is the galley, and further aft from there is the access to the aft cabin. This is also where the engine, which is easily accessible for servicing, is located.
