More about the Bavaria 38 Cruiser

Neat Bavaria 38 Cruiser

This Bavaria 38 in a 3-cabin version, built in January 2008, in use since spring 2008, is very well equipped and is in good condition. Especially for the offshore sailor there are a few attractive extras such as extensive navigation equipment, 6 sails and the necessary safety equipment. The spacious cockpit is fitted with teak, the walkways are not, which may give a somewhat less chic appearance, but is easier to manage in terms of costs.

On either side of the cockpit you will find cockpit lockers with enough space for large items. The cockpit table also offers storage space. From the leather-upholstered steering wheel you have a good overview and control over the yacht. Here both the compass and navigation instruments as well as the engine and bow thruster are within easy reach. The swim platform with integrated swim ladder can be folded down. The entire cockpit is fitted with a cockpit tent so that extra living space is created for less pleasant days. In your absence, the cockpit with its teak and instruments is also well protected.

The interior is exceptionally spacious and practically laid out with an excellent finish and a lot of storage space. Particularly pleasant at sea are the stainless steel handrails, which have been added as an extra feature at the navigation corner and the galley. The saloon is equipped with a straight and an L-shaped sofa. The L-shaped galley is wonderfully spacious, modern in design and equipped with all conveniences, including a microwave. The chart table is located on the starboard side, complete with the necessary equipment and VHF radio. This is also where the Webasto heating is operated.

There are 6 fixed berths in the three double cabins. The forward cabin is fitted with a large bed with Neptune mattresses. On the starboard side in the bow is the wet room with shower. The aft cabins are fitted with a large bed. The engine room is very well accessible via the upward-hinging cabin stairs. This Bavaria 38-3 is fully ready to sail. If you are looking for a spacious and comfortable boat at an attractive price, this Bavaria is definitely worth considering. We would therefore like to warmly invite you for a viewing in Groningen.
