The Hanse 312 that we offer you on behalf of the 4th owner is a sporty, comfortable family boat with good sailing characteristics. This Hanse 312 was built at the end of 2004 and launched in 2005. Due to its dark green hull (Awl Grip paint), the Hanse 312 is a striking appearance on the water. The cockpit is spacious and the extended sprayhood allows for sheltered seating. All lines can be operated from the cockpit, which, in combination with a self-tacking jib, makes the boat very easy to sail alone. The sail wardrobe consists of 4 sails, all of which are still in good condition. The boat has always been on fresh water.
The interior looks fresh due to the blue upholstery in combination with high-gloss lacquered mahogany wood. The many windows and hatches allow a lot of daylight into the salon, which makes staying inside pleasant. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, there is a counter on board, with which the kitchen can possibly be enlarged. In the aft cabin there is a bed with a slatted base and a Neptune mattress, in the forecabin there are Q-mattresses. The boat is in very good condition and completely ready to sail.
