Panta Rhei is a design of Dick Koopmans and has a woodcore hull with a sandwhich deck with foamcore and teakwood decks. She offers lots of space and comfort, both on and below deck. This luxurious yacht offers 2 cabins with private heads and a hydraulic centreboard. She is equipped and fitted for long trips with only a small crew.
