Pacific shipyards builds its yachts with a lot of experience and know-how. These kinds of vessels are a stable investment. You won't easily find them for a much better price than this asking price.

The Allure has those magnificent large fixed stairs to the swim platform, giving this type of motor yachts an extra touch of style and allure.

This model has ample sleeping accommodation. However, giving up one cabin to install a washer and dryer is just as convenient. Now, I myself always look very closely, and I would repaint the ship. That's why the asking price is particularly attractive. There is, by the way, no rust.

Everything else works very properly, and it's all professionally maintained, plus the boat is stored indoors every winter. This model has a hydraulic installation for the bow thruster and also a stern thruster. The radar arch is also connected to this hydraulic installation. So no noise for the bow and stern thrusters.

In total this boat has three cabins with two beds. The kitchen is nicely luxurious and on one level with the dining table kitchinette.

In the salon there is a lovely round seating area. Boats with a round seating area I always sell particularly fast because it's really nice.

The shower is very large and spacious and clean.

The ship has a beautiful engine of the brand Perkins 265 hp water-cooled. Strong and reliable. And furthermore I always check the accessibility of the parts and those are amply available and for sale.

This boat also has a heavy-duty Webasto heating installation. This ship also has panoramic windows all around and everything is double glazing in aluminum frames. The boat also has a very extensive battery pack of about 10 batteries of 120 A. Everything is controlled via the Victron 2000watt control unit.

The dashboard is also wonderfully complete, there is a compass, rudder position indicator, log and speed, depth sounder. etc.
