Now on offer with us this beautiful steel motor yacht with a great story. The hull was built and purchased in Germany and brought to the Netherlands in 2010. Here in the Netherlands it was finished by the Dutch family through a locally highly regarded shipyard. However, when the boat was being made ready and delivered, the owner unfortunately passed away. Now with 10.5 sailing hours, so a new ship for sale with a new engine and a wonderfully well-installed electrical system. You must imagine that the boat is now completely undamaged, without water damage or sun damage, ready for sale. There are invoices present for more than € 220,000.

 

The ship has a very easy step and thus an easy entry both at the side and via the swim platform via a thick stainless steel ladder. The swim platform is also fitted with maintenance-free teak and a large stainless steel swim ladder. The gangways are wonderfully wide and therefore safe and well equipped with safety handrails. The aft cabin provides a large rear deck and offers you a beautiful terrace on the water. The salon entrance is specially built with double-placed windows and a glass door. On the rear deck, the helm station is delightfully built in the middle and offers you as captain a fantastic panorama all around the entire ship. Note the beautiful wooden dashboard and chrome throttle and chrome wooden steering wheel and the marine support system with all 10 warning lights super clearly arranged next to each other including clear start and stop buttons. After the spacious entrance into the salon, you notice that a great deal of daylight enters the ship, giving the whole a very spacious feeling. The soft light tones of the modern wooden interior have rounded finished corners throughout the entire ship. The doors are beautifully finished and are neither too light nor too heavy to use. The entire ship is so large that there are many storage spaces both in the floor under perfect hatches and storage possibilities have also been made in the benches. You can simply see that the builders are experienced water sports enthusiasts. When you take a seat on the salon bench in the salon, you notice that the large windows are placed low at eye level, including thin window frames, so that you can look around properly. The kitchen has a long countertop with a neatly integrated new stainless steel 3-burner gas stove and a new refrigerator.

 

There is an enormous bathroom with a large toilet and shower area. The owner's cabin has a large bed with separate mattresses that are luxurious and thick, plus there is also a private wardrobe. The forward cabin also has a spacious double bed with extra luxurious and thick mattresses for 2 people and plenty of daylight with sufficient ventilation options. The boat has a nicely powerful and quiet generator so you can survive indefinitely without shore power. The 100 hp Volkswagen is more than sufficient and can reach a cruising speed of 14 kilometers per hour. The engine is of course also new and is a genuine marine version, of which Volkswagen has sold thousands. The inside of the boat under the hatches is also fresh, clean, new and dry, offering mechanics plenty of easy space for maintenance. Furthermore, the boat has too many extras to mention, such as hot air heating, an electric anchor, large fuel tanks, bow thruster wastewater tank, extra summer canopy, wooden mast, luxuriously finished sea railing, thick stainless steel bollards, various aluminum dark-glass hatches, high headroom, and so on.
