The Van de Stadt Samoa 48 is an aluminum sailing yacht built by the Spiro shipyard in Enkhuizen (NL). This yacht is suitable for long voyages and extended stays on board. The design is characterized by round bilge hull, the fixed sprayhood and beautiful teak deck. The deck hardware is of heavy-duty quality and includes an electric winch and hydraulic control for the backstay, among other things.
The interior is made of beautiful solid teak wood. Upon entering, the L-shaped galley is on the left and the wet room with separate toilet and shower is on the right. Amidships there is a spacious seating area and the navigation station is on the right. In the bow is the owner's cabin with en-suite bathroom. In the stern is a double cabin with bunk beds.
