Vilm 36 B Sold

The Vilm 36 B is a solidly built motor sailer by the German shipyard Bootsbau Ruegen-Lauterbach, and we offer it on behalf of the 2nd owner. The design offers the comfort of sheltered sailing combined with a spacious center cockpit. It is an ideal sailing yacht for both sheltered shallow sailing areas and blue water cruising. The hull is made of polyester, and the superstructure of mahogany. In the cockpit you sit well sheltered and can operate the engine and sails. With the self-tacking jib, tacking upwind is very easy. There are two foresails, both on furlers, the front one set on a fixed bowsprit. Navigation mainly takes place in the cockpit under the fixed hardtop.

The forward cabin is one large open space with the galley along the side to starboard, and the wet cell and seating area to port. The table can be lowered to create an extra berth. In the bow there is a double bed. The aft cabin offers a lot of space and here, besides two berths, there is a washbasin. The engine is accessible through the floor in the cockpit.
