Van Den Hoven Executive 1500 Sold

The Van den Hoven Executive 1500 that we offer is a heavily built Custom Build motor yacht with a lot of interior space and designed for a comfortable and carefree stay on the water. This versatile vessel, with a clearance height of 3.45 m (thanks to a hydraulic foldable mast) and a CE-A certification, is suitable for both French inland waterways as well as seagoing trips. The fact that this yacht comes from the well-known Dutch shipyard B Van den Hoven from Waspik is clearly reflected in the layout and finish. This Van den Hoven Executive 1500 was purchased as a demo boat in 2016 and, due to circumstances, has hardly been used, making it a great alternative to new!

Wide walkways with a high sea railing ensure that one can walk to the foredeck very easily and safely, where spacious and comfortable benches are situated for lounging, for example. The spacious aft deck offers plenty of room for you and your guests to also enjoy your surroundings here or to dine. Large opening doors mean that the aft deck flows seamlessly into the interior, creating one large social space. The layout of the interior provides a very spacious feeling, which is enhanced by large window sections that offer a great view from the saloon and the well-equipped helm station located a little further on. One step down, you reach the fully equipped galley, with a spacious dining area on the port side.

Below deck, on the starboard side, there is a luxurious bathroom with a washbasin, shower and toilet. A spacious guest cabin with a large 2-person free-standing bed and ample storage space is located in the bow. Amidships there is a second guest cabin offering sleeping accommodation for another 2 people by means of a bunk bed. Opposite this, in the hallway, a washer/dryer has been skilfully concealed. The spacious owner's cabin with large vertical windows is situated in the stern, where you have a large 2-person free-standing bed, plenty of storage space and a luxurious bathroom with washbasin, spacious shower and toilet. Air conditioning in the bedroom provides pleasant coolness during warm nights. Furthermore, a concealed door in the owner's cabin leads to the spacious and well-insulated engine room at the rear, with standing height!, which can also be accessed from the swim platform via a heavy door.

This Van den Hoven Executive 1500 sails excellently and is easy to manoeuvre by means of the bow and stern thruster, including remote control.
