The Pedro 1180 AK, also called 40 SL, is a classically lined and solidly built boat from the well-known Dutch Pedro-Boat yard in Zuidbroek. Boats from this yard are characterized by their high quality level, comfort, and good sailing characteristics. The vessel we are offering you has a warm wooden interior and a cosy atmosphere. Due to health reasons, the (third) owner has to say goodbye to this nice boat.

On board this Pedro 1180 AK you move safely over the ship by means of wide gangways which have a high railing. The spacious aft deck is equipped with a complete camper tent. This increases the outside living area considerably, so that in less clement weather you can stay on the afterdeck in comfort and protected. The living space below deck is light and airy thanks to the large windows, which allow a lot of daylight to enter. The salon has an open connection to a practical galley, where you will find a dinette that invites you to have a snack or a drink, as well as all the necessary equipment. This almost twelve-meter long motor yacht provides four permanent and two additional berths; in the salon you will find two V-shaped beds, the owner's quarters has a double bed and the dinette can be converted into a berth for two people. Naturally, a wet room and the necessary closet and storage space are not lacking on board this ship.

A heating system in combination with radiators ensures that you can comfortably enjoy your stay on this Pedro 1180 AK even on chilly days. In addition to a 150 HP Volvo Penta diesel engine, this motor yacht has a bow thruster which makes manoeuvring this boat easy.
