Very well maintained and fully equipped ACM Elite 31, ready to sail for a new owner. This ACM Elite 31 is the CE category B version, which makes her suitable for larger waters. Together with the 230hp Yanmar engine, longer trips are no problem. There are even external spud poles available which can easily be mounted on the outside of the hull, allowing you to, for example, run aground.
The ACM Elite 31 is a compact but very practical vessel. She has an open cockpit from where you can comfortably enjoy the surroundings. Inside the vessel, it stands out that the shipyard has made particularly smart use of the available space, and a number of practical details have been implemented. Upon entering, you will find a complete galley to starboard, equipped with hot and cold running water, a stove, a refrigerator, and the necessary work and storage space.
On the port side there is a comfortable seating area with a table in the middle. Should you encounter less pleasant weather, you can cosily gather here. Thanks to the cleverly placed bench seat and the large windows all around, you also have a nice view of the surroundings from here. At the bench seat you will find another clever detail: the front section can easily be turned around so that a seat is created facing forward. This gives the "co-pilot" the same view as the driver, how nice!
Moving further forward in the ship, we reach the forepeak via a few steps. Here too, it is amazing how efficiently the available space has been used. On the port side is the access to the guest cabin, which is equipped with a double bed. On the starboard side is the wet room with toilet and shower facilities. Right in the very front is the owner's cabin, also featuring a double bed and the necessary storage space.
