A remarkably well-maintained Columbus 1070. Designed and built by yacht shipyard Stevens Nautical. A shipyard known for its well-thought-out designs and robust construction with particularly pleasant sailing characteristics. Thanks to the foredeck of this 1070, it also offers extra interior space. The gunwales are easily accessible with a sturdy railing all around. The rear deck is nice and spacious and equipped with a beautiful cover tent for when the weather gods are being difficult. This is also where you'll find the outdoor helm of the boat. From the rear deck, you can enter the saloon via a small staircase. This is spacious with a headroom of 2 meters. On the starboard side, you'll find a luxurious leather-finished bench. On the port side, there is ample storage space, as well as the indoor helm of the boat.

In the forward area, there is a complete galley on the port side, with a cozy dinette opposite it. The dinette table can actually be folded down, creating two extra sleeping berths. Right at the front, in the forepeak, you'll find the first cabin. This is spacious and features a double bed and plenty of storage space.
