This Broom 37 is a very spacious yacht with 2 double cabins with both their own ensuite. The owners cabin has a dedicated shower room. Spacious saloon, galley and dinette. The aftdeck has coverage by a solid hardtop that can be fully enclosed, so you are covered for sun and rain.

The boat has no modern navigation equipment nor a bowthruster. Good thing is that she is not loaded with old equipment like an old generator or 30 years old air conditioner, as these have no value but cost a lot of time and money to remove.
