The ACM Elite 31 that we offer on behalf of the first owner is in pristine condition. The boat is equipped by the French yard with a lot of of extras, a Comfort Pack consisting of among others extensive Raymarine navigation equipment and an Artifort comfort seat. The owner had a number of improvements made such as the Eberspacher central heating in 2007 and Neptune mattresses in 2009. The layout is smart and practical with a modular sofa. Thus, the U-shaped seating area can be used as a sofa, but with a simple operation to the front bench can be conversed to a passenger seat. Also, the table can be lowered and an additional bed can be made here. Right in the salon is a galley with cooker, oven and refrigerator. In the bow is a cabin with good quality mattresses. There is a toilet with sink, connected to a holding tank. The Volvo Penta D4 260 hp diesel under the floor is easy to reach.
