We can offer this beautiful Schottel for an attractive price. This ship is almost original and in excellent condition. The history of this ship is clearly visible in many details. The DP46 (formerly RP46) has a life behind her as a profession boat for the Dutch government. The current owner has given this ship the love it deserves. It also has a number of small but very practical adjustments made as the two beds in the forepeak, and an external steering wheel. The steering is very direct even at low speeds, this is because the propeller can be set in any direction you want to, even reversed. Furthermore the construction of the ship itself is striking. The hull is built of Corten steel it has a relatively high corrosion resistance and strength. The structure is made of aluminum. These materials make this ship relatively light. The Schottel has a Mercedes V-10 diesel engine, generator and central heating unit. The materials used in the cabin are dated but in good condition. To starboard is a "side seating" with room for 6 people. The salon is further characterized by natural light and, if you do not value the originality of the ship, there certainly are opportunities to change it to youre own taste. In the front is a small but practical galley. There’s also a toilet. Completely in the peak, the current owner made two beds, but without the original emitting doing violence to.
