The Pilot 42 is a design by W. Nieland, built by Rego in Lelystad. The yacht, with its rugged yet elegant lines, is a great example of Dutch quality yacht building and offers very good performance. With design category CE-B, she is suitable for both coastal waters and the large inland waters of North-West Europe. The interior made of teak is spacious and practical in layout. Upon entering, on the left is the seating area with table and on the right a chair with cabinet. This cabinet has an integrated radio and LCD TV, and a laptop can be connected. The skipper can take a seat in a solid helm chair and has all instruments within reach here. At the front left of the saloon is the galley with a 4-burner gas stove, sink, and combi microwave/oven. Below deck on the left is the bathroom with electric toilet and separate shower cabin. Amidships is a guest cabin with a double bed. In the bow is the owner's cabin with a French bed, allowing easy access from both sides. There is more than enough storage space on the boat with many hanging closets. The aft deck is spacious and covered with a sun awning. Under the aft deck is a large storage space where, among other things, the washer/dryer combo is placed. This is also the entrance to the engine room. It is clearly and neatly organized. In the center is the Vetus Deutz 170 hp, on the left the hydraulic unit, and on the right the Victron installation. The Pilot 42 is a high-quality yacht, very well equipped, and particularly well maintained. If you are interested, please make an appointment for a viewing via [email protected].
