Spitsgat Kotter 1350 Sold

This sharp-bowed cutter is truly a wonderful family yacht and has great sailing characteristics. With bow and stern thruster it is particularly easy to maneuver. The powerful engine has only run 650 hours. The traditional lines of this motor yacht give it a solid and rugged look. The large decks and the lovely rear cockpit offer many possibilities for pleasant hours of sailing. The vessel is equipped with wide gunwales and handrails all around, providing good safety. The entrance is not high and upon entering, the abundant light immediately stands out. The pilothouse and saloon are surrounded by glass and offer a magnificent panorama. Opposite the helm is the kitchenette with an enormously large table and a large bench seat on either side. The pilothouse has a spacious door on both the port and starboard sides. When the dining table is partially folded down, you go to the rear cabin. There are two beds there and the exit to the aft cabin. From the saloon you can also go to the galley and the front cabin. There is the large owner's bed with a skylight. Here too, everything is equipped with plenty of glass and ventilation options. There are also many drawers and cabinets, as well as a wardrobe, fitted in the bow of the vessel. The spacious galley has plenty of storage space and an oven. The shower and toilet area is also spaciously designed and equipped with a washing machine. The owner lived on board together with his wife, so all the extras are present.
