The Moody 376 is a Bill Dixon design, built by the renowned shipyard Marine Projects Ltd. in England. She is a comfortable and extremely stable sailing yacht, making her very suitable for long sea voyages, but also for short day or weekend trips. Due to the shallow draft, the boat is also well suited for trips over the Wadden Sea and the Frisian Lakes. The vessel offers space for 4 people and 3 guests and is therefore very suitable for spending time with the family. The centre-cockpit with fixed sprayhood offers shelter in any weather to crew and navigation instruments, which are well visible and mounted under the sprayhood. The benches and the floor are made of teak. There is a spacious cockpit locker for storing the sails and a storage compartment for the winch handles. Below deck we enter the spacious, bright cabin. The interior is finished with teak. To starboard is an L-shaped bench and to port a single bench (also serving as a single berth). The table is built around the mast support and consists of 2 fold-out sections. Storage can be found in the side walls and behind the backrests. To port next to the cabin entrance is the U-shaped galley with double stainless steel sink with hot and cold water, 2-burner stove with oven and cooler box. To starboard, opposite the galley, is the chart table/navigation area with an extensive switch panel. In the bow is a double bed in V-shape with an en suite shower and toilet room featuring a sink with hot/cold water mixer tap. Aft to starboard is a pilot berth, which also serves as a seat for the chart table. Here the engine room is accessible via a large hatch. In the stern is the surprisingly spacious owner's cabin with a comfortable double bed and an L-shaped seating area. The whole is completed with, likewise en suite, a private toilet room with hot/cold water and a hanging closet.
