Excellent maintained Spirit 36 built by van Heygen in Belgium offered by the first owner! Like every Spirit, this ship is also characterized by above-average build quality and fine sailing characteristics. As soon as you step aboard, you immediately notice that this ship is made for sailing. The wide, teak-finished gangways, the deep cockpit with bridge deck and the robust finish are all features that allow you to confidently venture out onto large waters. This Spirit 36 is executed in the owner's version "2" with the striking addition of the steering wheel. To which a sturdy Autohelm ST7000 autopilot is connected. The other instruments are neatly positioned above the cabin entrance so that they are well protected by the sprayhood and offer excellent visibility for everyone in the cockpit. Via a small bridge deck, where the overflow is also mounted, you enter the salon. Here it is once again confirmed that the shipyard did not cut corners. Everything is sturdily finished with beautiful teak and it all feels equally solid. To starboard is the chart table. Here you will find the necessary equipment and the switch panel for the onboard electronics. To port is the practical galley equipped with everything you would expect on such a ship, such as a spacious refrigerator, stove, hot and cold running water and plenty of storage space. In the aft ship are two cabins. In this owner's version "2", this means that there is a spacious double cabin to starboard and a smaller cabin with extra cupboard space to port. Amidships is the warm and cozy salon. Both to port and to starboard are comfortable benches and a large table in the middle where the entire crew can sit. Further forward in the ship, we first encounter the wet cell. This is spacious and covers the full width of the ship. All the way in the forepeak is the second double cabin with many storage options.
