Powered by a Yanmar 3HM35F diesel engine (35 HP) with only 2460 running hours, this yacht is not only reliable but also economical to use. The engine is equipped with an electric start, a acoustic alarm for oil pressure and temperature, and an indirect cooling for optimal performance. With a 140-liter diesel tank and a consumption of only 3 liters per hour you can cover long distances without worrying about fuel.

For extra maneuverability, the yacht is equipped with an electric bow thruster, powered by a dedicated 105 Ah battery. The battery system consists of 4 batteries (2 x 105 Ah service, 1 x 77 Ah starter, and 1 x 105 Ah for the bow thruster), maintained by a Mastervolt Chargemaster 25/3 charger and a Mastervolt AC Master 12/300 inverter. This ensures you always have sufficient power, whether you are sailing or moored in the harbor.

Comfort and Convenience on Board

The Kalan 38 offers all the comfort you need for both short and long trips. The interior is spacious and functional, with a standing height of 1.90 meters, 3 sleeping places in the cabins and 2 additional sleeping places in the salon. The kitchen is well equipped with a 3-burner gas stove, a oven, a refrigerator (top-loading), and an hot water system with a boiler. For the colder days, there is a Trumatic E4000 heater, so you can always enjoy a pleasant temperature on board.

The yacht features 1 toilet and a hand shower inside, as well as a outdoor shower for after a refreshing swim. The water tank (200 liters, stainless steel) and wastewater tank (50 liters, HDPE) provide sufficient supply for longer trips.
