We are proud to offer you this remarkably tidy Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 37.1 1995. This vessel has a fine combination of comfort, pleasant sailing characteristics and a solid finish, as we unfortunately see less and less nowadays. This 37.1 is equipped with the 2-cabin version and thus offers a notably spacious owner's cabin in the forepeak, a second guest cabin in the stern, a generous wet cell with shower facilities and a substantial cockpit locker.

The deck is spacious and the gangways are therefore safe and easy to walk on. The cockpit is sheltered and comfortable, and there is also a nice cockpit tent available for the less pleasant days. When you step aboard the cabin, you will notice how solidly and beautifully everything has been finished. And what stands out in particular is that the owner has treated the vessel with great care; everything really looks neatly maintained. Clearly a boat by enthusiasts... for enthusiasts.

Inside the vessel, on the starboard side, there is a spacious chart table and a generous seating area with a table in the middle. This can, incidentally, be converted into an extra double bed. Opposite this, on the port side, is the galley, positioned lengthwise. This is of course equipped with a stove with oven, hot and cold running water, a decent-sized refrigerator, and the necessary storage and work space. In the bow section is the owner's cabin. This is spacious and equipped with a double bed, a small sink, and cupboard space. In the stern section is the second cabin, also with a double bed. Apart from the spacious owner's cabin in the bow, a major difference between this 2-cabin version and the 3-cabin version is the generous wet room with shower facility and an enormous storage locker accessible from the cockpit. Furthermore, this Jeanneau 37.1 is also equipped with the larger 48 hp engine and a furling mainsail for maximum comfort.

In short; the Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 37.1 offers a functional layout, a pleasant living space, fine finishing and the features that make the vessel suitable for recreational use, holidays on the water and longer stays on board to make trips on open water. The two-cabin version distinguishes itself by the extra space, among other things in the wet cell, and the open character of the interior, allowing the vessel to be comfortably inhabited during longer trips as well. In addition, this 37.1 is in a particularly neat condition and has been excellently maintained. The owner is therefore offering her for sale with a heavy heart and hopes for an enthusiast who can once again enjoy her for at least 20 years, just as the current owner and his wife have done, and still do to this day!
