We now offer you this Hanse 400 in the three-cabin version, from first owner. This ship is technically well maintained and has a number of interesting options such as an autopilot and heating. The boat was recently professionally cleaned and fitted with new antifouling. The Hanse yachts are a familiar sight on the water for many watersports enthusiasts, and not without reason. This yacht sails well, is very spacious and neatly finished. On the outside, the spacious cockpit and well-thought-out deck layout stand out. All lines run back to the cockpit so that you don't have to go onto the foredeck in bad weather and can stay nicely sheltered behind the large sprayhood. The sails are recent and all in good condition. The boat is also easy to manoeuvre under engine power. The folding propeller and saildrive, including the bellows, have recently been replaced.

The Hanse 400 is characterized by a spacious and light interior with light cushions and finished with beautiful mahogany wood. Extra comfort is provided by the Webasto heating on board. To port is the chart table with the switch panel and VHF radio. To starboard is the practical galley, of course fitted with hot water, a gas stove with oven and a generous top-loading fridge, which also has a practical door at the front. In the saloon, a large and comfortable U-shaped seating area is placed to starboard with a table in the middle, which can easily be lowered to create an extra berth. In the forepeak there is a cabin with a double bed and plenty of storage space. In the stern there are two cabins with a double bed. The wet room with toilet (with stainless steel waste water tank) and the shower are to port.
