Van de Stadt 37 Sold

Discover the perfect balance between tradition and adventure with this beautiful Van de Stadt 37. This seaworthy steel sailing yacht is designed for the true enthusiast of seaworthy vessels, built with a keen eye for detail and durability. The elegant lines and robust construction make her a reliable partner for both long crossings and relaxed trips on inland waters. In addition, the owners have maintained her exceptionally well, and to this day she still looks remarkably neat.

The Van de Stadt 37 has excellent sailing characteristics, both under sail and on the engine. At the helm, one has good visibility and control over the vessel. And sitting in the cockpit, you are well protected from the elements thanks to the fixed and rather robust fixed sprayhood. Another clever advantage of that sprayhood is that the mainsail's overflow sits on top of it, so that the cockpit can be kept nicely clear.

The hull is expertly welded from high-quality steel and radiates strength and character. Inside awaits a warm, classic interior with beautiful wooden finishing, comfortable sleeping quarters, and a smart layout that makes optimal use of every square meter. The spacious saloon, well-equipped galley, and solid wet room make life on board pleasant and practical, even for longer journeys.

Sailing performance, stability, and safety are central to the design. The Van de Stadt 37 sails smoothly and confidently, even in challenging weather conditions. With her deep keel and well-balanced rigging, she offers a solid and reassuring feel at the helm. The engine, well maintained and reliable, provides peace of mind in calm weather or busy harbors. And to top it all off, this Van de Stadt 37 has also been kept exceptionally well maintained. She is truly an eye-catcher in every harbor.

This Van de Stadt 37 is ready for a new chapter. Whether you dream of a voyage around the world, a summer in Scandinavia, or quiet weekends on the IJsselmeer or somewhere in Zeeland, this yacht offers the freedom and safety to make your plans a reality.
