The Dufour 525 was in 2009 the flagship of the Dufour fleet and has been designed by Umberto Felci & Patrick Roseo. The Dufour 525 Grand Large offers, besides supreme sailing performances, excellent comfort in her every part. In spite of the size, she is easy manageable by only a two-member crew. They are helped by the harmoniously designed deck and well-dimensioned and intelligibly arranged deck equipment in which especially salient are very original and unique aft deck, bow sprit, cunning transom revealing a great volume for dinghy and liferaft, uncluttered deck with large side decks, very elegant and dynamic roof (discreet and exceptionally flat), all manoeuvres lead to the cockpit under deck for more comfort and safety and last but not least, the double steering wheel system. This sailing boat is intended for long cruises on all seas and oceans, which is evident from large raw water tanks.

The yacht has 3 cabins, 6 berth, L-shape galley and separate skipper cabin. Most satisfied with comfort will be the skipper who has a large working place and plenty of space for navigational electronics. The saloon is luminous and warm, thanks to the numerous port lights and the creative woodwork. The Dufour 525 Grand Large offers an absolute comfort with dedicated spaces for optional equipment. This Dufour 525 Performance is generously equipped with Sparcraft performance mast and deep keel (230cm draft) for extra speed and comfort.

She comes with a full set of sails including a Gennaker and a Staysail. Further equipped with a retractable Maxpower bowthruster for extra comfort. The mooring in St. Tropez paid untill 15. April 2022 is included. An official mooring buoy in the Bay of St Tropez can be bought as well for € 8.000,-. The yearly fee is about € 800,-. So in the summer you have a fixed buoy in the Bay of St Tropez, in the winter you can put the boat in the marina!
