We offer you this well-maintained Catalina 30 MKII in the two-cabin version on behalf of the third private owner. The design was very successful and was built over a long period, with a total of over 6500 units produced. She is incredibly spacious for a 30-foot yacht, and has a very shallow draft of only 1.17 meters. The boat has remarkably few engine hours, only approx. 1,600. From the helm you have a good overview of the boat, the surroundings, and the navigation instruments.

In the interior, the practical layout and nautical atmosphere immediately stand out, with beautiful teak wood finishing. The salon has a U-shaped seating area on the port side, a bench along the starboard side with a table amidships. The table can also be lowered to create an extra bed. On the port side there is a spacious galley, equipped with a stainless steel 2-burner stove with oven, refrigerator, hot and cold water, and ample storage space. On the starboard side you will find the chart table with the switch panel for the electrical systems. Next to the chart table is also the access to the berth in the stern.
