The boat is still owned by its first owner and over the years it has been carefully taken care of. It has undergone extensive maintenance in order to keep the boat in best possible shape.

• Osmosis has never been detected on the Seebär's hull. Nevertheless, a professional preventative treatment was carried out in the shipyard in Punat approx. 8 years ago. Sanding and rebuilding with 5 layers and subsequent barrier layer.
• Het schip werd regelmatig jaarlijks uit het water gehaald, waarbij de onderwaterromp werd schoongemaakt en de romp, assen en schroeven werden gecontroleerd. Beide asdrukkers werden vorig jaar (2023) vervangen. Nieuwe antifouling, reinigen en polijsten van het gehele schip.
• Dit omvat jaarlijks onderhoud en controle van de functionaliteit van de motoren, tandwielkasten en generator. Alle filters, zinkanodes en oliën zijn vervangen.
• In 2023 werd het uitlaatsysteem (deels roestvrij staal) van beide motoren en de generator preventief vervangen. Het koelwatercircuit inclusief de warmtewisselaars werd volledig verwijderd, gedemonteerd en schoongemaakt.
• De zeewaterpomp werd gedemonteerd, schoongemaakt, voorzien van nieuwe afdichtingen en een nieuwe waaier.
• De hydraulica voor de loopplank, davits en tandwielkast werd onderhouden door een gespecialiseerd bedrijf, kleppen werden vervangen en afgesteld. Hydraulische slangen volledig vervangen.
• Het schip is uitgerust met WiFi via een digitaal yachtsysteem.
• Autopilot, plotter, radar en dieptemeter communiceren met elkaar via nmea 2000.
• Victron-lader, laadregeling en batterijbewaking, evenals het zonnesysteem,
• worden gemonitord via een mobiele telefoon-app of iPad.
• The entire ship has been converted from 16 to 32 amps on the shore power side. This means that both air conditioning systems, stove, oven or microwave, TV and radio can be operated at the same time.
• Teak deck was replaced with Plasdeck in 2021.
• The 1000l water tank and both 1000l diesel tanks were removed years ago at great expense and replaced with stainless steel tanks. Both engines had to be removed for this and could then be thoroughly checked by the shipyard.
• Both toilets are electric and equipped with new pumps, seals and hoses (2022.)
• Relay anchor winch renewed (2023.)
• Hot water boiler replaced (2021.)
• Fridge new (2022.)
• Freezer new (2022.)
• Navionic chart plotter new (2022.)
• New cockpit and flybridge cushions (2021.)
