More about the Autoboot 795 Runner

This is one of the most special exclusive ships I have been offered. Now there still needs to be an interview with the owner/seller. But so as not to wait you can already enjoy the pictures. Sometimes really authentic accessories are used. Originally this was an English design but later on it was taken over by a German who made the freeboard (side between waterline and bumper) higher. This was more practical because the boat would be used in "the German Bight". Construction started in the year 2000 by Feadship trained people. This boat also has something extra special that I had never seen before. The bottom is so called hollow. So less deep in the middle than on the side... You can find a picture of that in the photo report. It offers 2 major advantages because you can sail smoothly through low tide and what is also very nice is the boat sails super straight back, so literally in parking like a car. Now the boat is at one of the most upcoming shipyards in the Netherlands namely Helmut Harting de Riva and Boesch specialist. Just being allowed to walk around here was a great honour and a great experience for me. Until today, the boat has always been maintained there. I got several beautiful boats for sale there so please call me to come and have a look? Pieter Pepping your yacht broker from White Whale Yachtbrokers. 0653345219 or vinkeveen@wwy/en

BONDING WITH EPOXY

A lot of people like wooden boats. But there are also those who nevertheless choose a plastic one because they believe that boats made of wood leak quickly and require a lot of maintenance.

To build boats nowadays, a lot of use is made of wood with epoxy resin, whether or not in combination with fibreglass cloth. In addition to canoes and kayaks, these include rowing ciffs, sailboats, speedboats and mega yachts. The construction method guarantees a very strong and self-supporting construction.
